Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ModSession.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@modsession.com with:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item if it is defective or incorrect
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product): We will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email that we have received your return
  • Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent (signs of use, missing tags, etc.)
  • Item is returned outside the 30-day return window (at our discretion)

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the correct item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modsession.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@modsession.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary
  3. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@modsession.com
