We collect information a customer submits or that is needed to operate the store, including name, email, phone when provided, billing and shipping addresses, account details, cart and order details, customer-support messages, return or warranty evidence, and marketing preferences. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to operate the website, provide carts and accounts, process and fulfill orders, calculate shipping and tax, communicate order and tracking updates, provide customer support, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, measure website performance, comply with law, and retain business records.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES
We disclose only the information reasonably needed by providers that help operate the store, such as hosting and website providers, WooCommerce services, payment providers when enabled, supplier and fulfillment partners, carriers, email and customer-support services, fraud-prevention tools, analytics providers, and professional or legal advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
When a payment method is enabled, the selected payment provider collects and processes the payment credentials needed to complete the transaction. ModSession does not intentionally store a customer’s full payment-card number or security code in the WordPress store database.
COOKIES
Essential cookies support cart, checkout, account, security, and preference functions. Analytics or marketing cookies, when used, help measure and improve the website. Browser controls can limit cookies, but disabling essential cookies may prevent store functions from working.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
