Track Order

Every ModSession parcel ships tracked. You will get the tracking number by email the moment the carrier scans your box — usually within a day of it leaving the warehouse.

Already have the number from your dispatch email? Drop it in and we will open it on the carrier site.

Every ModSession order ships with FedEx. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

No tracking email yet? Enter your order number and the email you checked out with, and we will show you exactly where the order stands.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the statuses mean

  • Processing — payment cleared, your order is being picked and packed.
  • Completed — the parcel has left us and the tracking number is live.
  • On hold — we are waiting on payment confirmation or a delivery detail.

Tracking has not moved

Carrier scans can lag up to 24 hours after dispatch, and rural routes sometimes go quiet for a day or two mid-transit. If there has been no movement for five business days, email support@modsession.com with your order number and we will open a trace with FedEx.
