Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of modsession.com and any order you place with us. By ordering, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the billing details.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout. No sales tax is added at checkout, and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We accept PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong and delivered in the United States by FedEx, normally 6 – 10 business days door to door. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to your address.

7. Product information

We publish manufacturer specifications, including GTIN, capacity and dimensions. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If a listing contains an obvious error, we will correct it and contact you before shipping.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
