Shipping Policy

UNITED STATES ONLY

ModSession currently ships to residential and commercial street addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. Checkout is restricted to supported U.S. destinations.

FULFILLMENT ORIGIN

Orders are fulfilled through third-party supplier and logistics partners. Depending on product location and stock, an order may be dispatched from a partner fulfillment facility outside the United States. Dispatch origin can vary by item; the delivery estimates and customer-service responsibilities below remain the same.

HANDLING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Order handling: 3-5 business days
Carrier transit after dispatch: 10-15 business days
Estimated total from order to delivery: 13-20 business days

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM Mountain Time begin processing on the next business day. Estimates may be extended by carrier disruption, weather, peak periods, customs processing, or an incomplete address.

Merchandise subtotal below $100 before discounts: $5.00 U.S. standard shipping
Merchandise subtotal of $100 or more before discounts: free U.S. standard shipping

The cart and checkout show the applicable shipping cost before an order is placed. Applicable sales tax is displayed separately at checkout.

TRACKING

When an order is dispatched, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to show its first carrier scan.

ADDRESS CHANGES, DELAYS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE

Customers must provide a complete deliverable address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. For a significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment, email customer support with the order number and relevant photos when applicable.
