Where does ModSession ship?
We ship only to supported U.S. street addresses. We do not currently ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 3-5 business days and carrier transit is estimated at 10-15 business days, for an estimated total of 13-20 business days.
What does shipping cost?
U.S. standard shipping is $5 when the merchandise subtotal before discounts is below $100, and free when that subtotal is $100 or more.
Where is my order dispatched from?
Depending on product location and stock, a third-party supplier or logistics partner may dispatch the order from a facility outside the United States. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The methods actually available are displayed at checkout. If checkout shows no available payment method, an order cannot be completed; please contact support or return after a method is enabled.
Are the watches made by ModSession?
No. ModSession is an independent retailer. Product pages identify a third-party brand when known; trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Can I return an order?
Eligible unused items in original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Contact support before mailing anything.
How do I cancel an order?
Submit a request within 12 hours after purchase. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins.
