1. MERCHANT AND WEBSITE
ModSession is an independent online watch retailer operated by Veltrix Group Corporation. These terms apply to modsession.com and purchases made through the website.
2. PRODUCTS, BRANDS, AND INFORMATION
We sell third-party branded and unbranded physical watches. A brand name identifies the manufacturer or product brand when shown; it does not mean ModSession owns that brand or is affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer for the brand unless expressly stated and documented. We aim to present the actual product, variant, condition, price, availability, included items, and specifications accurately.
3. PRICES, TAX, SHIPPING, AND PAYMENT
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The cart and checkout display the item total, discounts, shipping, applicable tax, and final order total before purchase. Available payment methods are those actually displayed at checkout. If no payment method is available, an order cannot be completed. Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider when a payment method is enabled.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not waive our right to cancel and refund an order affected by a payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect price, address problem, or unavailable inventory. We will contact the customer using the details supplied at checkout.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship only to supported U.S. street addresses. Handling, transit, fulfillment-origin disclosure, costs, tracking, and delay terms are stated in our Shipping Policy.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligibility, timing, fees, mailing procedure, refund timing, and cancellation terms are stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
No additional manufacturer or seller warranty is included unless the applicable product page expressly states its terms before purchase. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items remain covered by the remedies described in our Return & Refund Policy and by rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. ACCOUNTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers must provide accurate information and protect their login details. You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, malware distribution, interference with site security, or unauthorized access.
9. PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Links and services supplied by carriers, payment providers, analytics providers, or other third parties may also be governed by their own terms.
