Thank you for shopping at ModSession.com. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will be delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@modsession.com.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
- Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via:
- The carrier’s official website
- Your account page at modsession.com/my-account/
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
6. International Shipping
For international orders:
- Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on destination
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
- We are not responsible for packages seized by customs authorities
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@modsession.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
ModSession.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contact us at support@modsession.com if the issue is unresolved
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modsession.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
ModSession.com is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.
