United States only — processed within 3–5 business days, delivered in 10–15 business days.
All orders are processed within 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
No. We currently ship within the UNITED STATES ONLY.
Some products may be fulfilled from international warehouses, including China, depending on inventory availability.
Final delivery within the United States is handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local US delivery carriers.
Estimated delivery times:
- STANDARD SHIPPING: 10–15 BUSINESS DAYS
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING: 7–12 BUSINESS DAYS, if available
Delivery times are ESTIMATES ONLY and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or high order volume.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 HOURS to appear after your package has been shipped.
For international logistics, tracking may also pause temporarily while the package is being processed, transferred, or cleared by customs.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL with a TRACKING NUMBER.

If your package is delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will assist you in tracking your order and working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for providing ACCURATE AND COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed
- Delivery may fail
- Additional reshipping fees may apply
