1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Business days: Monday – Friday
Excluding: Weekends and public holidays
Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Processing time is SEPARATE FROM SHIPPING TIME. Shipping time begins AFTER your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship to United States addresses only.
Some products may be fulfilled from international warehouses, including China, depending on inventory availability. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
During the international shipping leg, tracking may be available through 17TRACK. Final delivery within the United States is handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local delivery partners.

Customers are responsible for providing ACCURATE AND COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed

- Additional reshipping fees may apply

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is LOST, SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED, OR ARRIVES DAMAGED, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT, please contact us within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, depending on the situation.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, unless the return is due to our error.

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–7 BUSINESS DAYS after the return is approved.
Refunds will be issued to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
After this period, the order may already be processed and may not be eligible for cancellation.
