Return & Refund

30 days, no interrogation

If a pack is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unused, with its tags attached and in a condition we can resell.

Every return starts with an email

We do not publish a return address, because the right one depends on the item. Email us first and we will send you the address and the instructions for your particular order. A parcel sent back without a return authorisation cannot be matched to an order and may sit unidentified.

How to start a return

1. Email support@modsession.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation number, the return address and step-by-step instructions.
3. Ship the item back with the authorisation number written on the outside of the parcel.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered — in those cases we send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the parcel arriving at our returns desk. Your bank may take a further 3 – 5 days to post it.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order — it is faster, and you are not waiting on a two-way shipment.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects — failed stitching, a broken buckle, a zip that separates under normal use — are covered for 3 years from delivery. Wear from ordinary use, airline handling damage and accidental damage are not covered.
