Ordering

How do I know a pack will fit as carry-on?

Every listing shows the external dimensions and litre rating. Most US carriers allow 22″ x 14″ x 9″ for cabin bags; anything within that will fit an overhead bin. Our “Carry-On Travel Backpacks” category is filtered to packs that clear it.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email us as soon as you can. Orders take 1 – 3 business days to prepare, and we can change or cancel anything that has not yet been handed to FedEx. Once it has a tracking number it is on its way, and you will need to use the returns process.

Do you take PayPal?

Yes. Checkout accepts PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

6 – 10 business days door to door: 1 – 3 business days to prepare your order, then 5 – 7 business days in transit with FedEx. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment.

Where does my order ship from?

From our dispatch warehouse at Flat 1323, 13/F, Block A, Golden Industrial Building, 16-26 Kwai Tak Road, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. It is flown to the US and delivered to your door by FedEx on one tracking number. We are an online store with no walk-in counter.

Is sales tax added at checkout?

No. The price beside each product plus shipping is the full amount charged to your card. Nothing is added at the last step.

Will there be anything to pay on delivery?

Not from us. The checkout total is the full amount we charge, and we send no further invoice. If a carrier ever contacts you about a charge on an inbound parcel, email us with your order number and we will look into it with you.

Returns and warranty

How long do I have to return something?

30 days from delivery, unused and with tags attached.

Where do I send a return?

Email support@modsession.com with your order number first. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not post anything back before you have that, and never to the Hong Kong warehouse.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects for 3 years. Airline damage and normal wear are not covered.

Products

What is the GTIN on each listing?

It is the manufacturer barcode number. We publish it so you can verify the exact model independently.

Are the colours accurate?

Product photography comes from the manufacturer. Screens vary, so treat the colour name as authoritative and the photo as a guide.
